This saddens me.

Are we SERIOUS!?! I am appalled. No way!! Amen Rick Warren... "This idea that God wants everybody to be wealthy? There is a word for that: baloney. It's creating a false idol. You don't measure your self-worth by your net worth. I can show you millions of faithful followers of Christ who live in poverty. Why isn't everyone in the church a millionaire?" This saddens me too, Tommy. Oh I hate that people aren't seeing our Jesus for the Jesus that he really is... Christianity is not a method to get rich quick, it's a way to live life rich... not at all referring to money but to the peace, the hope, the love, the joy, the FREEDOM that is found in Christ.

Dear Jesus... help us to not get so caught up on what we want in life that we pervert and change your word in order to use you to justify our selfish desires. And may you show yourself in your entirety to those that are running after money and may they be satisfied in nothing but you and find fulfillment no where else than giving it all up to be yours.

What is there to say about televangelist? For that matter, what is there to say about a magazine like Time writing about a televangelist?

TV evangelicals are sensationalistic, media-monsters whose primary purpose is to capture ratings and revenue to enure to the benefit of stockholders/investors.

Hey! Wait just a second here!!!Wow! I think I may have also just described Time magazine!!!

I would be interested to see the article Time would write about Jesus if he were walking on earth today?
